IDEAL Projects is a structured programme supporting PGRs to design and deliver practical projects that improve fairness and inclusion in their doctoral environment.

IDEAL Projects

- Supervised review and feedback sessions

- Diagnose fairness and inclusion issues within their doctoral environment.
- Design and deliver a bounded, PGR-appropriate project to address them.
- Distinguish between PGR-level responsibility and organisational ownership.

IDEAL Projects
A facilitated face-to-face programme delivering training and frameworks for PGRs to create collaborative, inclusive and fair environments where ideas thrive and knowledge sharing is fostered.
Ideal for: CDT or Research Culture leads, Supervisors and Directors
Format:
– Full day in-person with a PGR cohort up to 20
– 1 hour online per group for proposal review
– 1 hour online per group for lessons learned
– 1 hour online per group for Viva presentations
Investment: £3000 +VAT

IDEAL Projects Lite
Understand the EDI-related systems and mechanisms that hinder excellence within research environments.
Ideal for: CDTs looking to understand how FIE can impact their research journey and relationships along the way, without support
Format:
– Full day in-person with a PGR cohort up to 20
