Foundations of Fairness, Inclusion and Equity (FIE)
Building shared understanding of fairness, inclusion, and equity to support meaningful culture change.
Foundations of FIE is a cohort-based training programme commissioned by organisations to build shared understanding of fairness, inclusion, and equity.
Drawing on evidence from organisational research, the programme reframes common EDI topics, including inclusive communities, basic EDI, and implicit bias, through an FIE lens.
The focus is on improving judgement, consistency, and confidence across teams, creating the conditions for more effective culture change.
