For nearly two decades, we have helped organisations apply this insight to improve workplace culture, strengthen equality strategies and address structural barriers to inclusion.
Higher education
We have partnered with 17 universities to support equality strategy development, research culture initiatives and organisational change programmes.
Built environment
We conceived and developed the Be Fair Framework, piloted with over 50 organisations across the construction sector.
The programme helped shift industry conversations towards fairness as a foundation for equality and workforce development.
Public sector
