Our Evolution
Our Evolution, Our commitment to EDI, has been unwavering, demonstrated through the training of over 5,000 individuals across 200 companies and the successful delivery of impactful courses and strategies.
Our efforts have been recognised through various accolades, including our strategy being held as best practice by the National Institute for Health and Care Research, clients winning Inclusive Company of the Year multiple times, and winning the Construction Marketing Award for the Best Construction Blog in 2014. Yet, as we grew and delved deeper into research and innovation, especially following our founder’s completion of a groundbreaking PhD, our path began to diverge towards a broader horizon.
COBE evolved to empower EDI leads with structured systems for enhancing EDI practices, leveraging FIELDS for practical improvement. Concurrently, BEAR aims to foster EDI research within behavioural equality, aspiring to groundbreaking discoveries for more inclusive workplaces. This strategic direction signifies our commitment to advancing EDI beyond traditional frameworks, pushing the boundaries of equality and inclusivity.
